Privacy notice

Who we are

AI Learning Platform is operated by DAMAZ LLC, a company in the United States. For any privacy question, or to see, correct, or delete your information, email privacy@kamblo.com. A parent or guardian of a student under 18 can contact us the same way.

Who can take part

The pilot is by invitation, for students in the United States who are 13 or older. Students under 18 confirm that a parent or guardian knows they are taking part.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

What we collect

• Your account: your email address and, if you give it, your name, through our sign-in provider.
• Taking part: the invitation you used, your agreement and its date, your contact preference, and whether you are taking part, paused, or have left.
• Your learning: your answers, results, and progress, and which lessons and pages you open.
• Your feedback: your answers to feedback questions, your comments, and the problems you report.
• Questions to the AI tutor: what you type is sent to our AI provider so it can write a reply. We keep the reply, not what you typed.
• Technical information: error reports with personal details removed, and the short-lived server logs every website keeps, which include your IP address.

We do not collect your location, your contacts, or anything else from your device.

How we use it

• To run your lessons and practice, save your progress, and recommend your next skill.
• To find out whether the pilot works. We study results and feedback under a participant code such as P-7F3K, not your name or email.
• To send you reminders or ask about a follow-up interview, only if you said yes, and never while you have paused or left the pilot.
• To fix errors and keep the service secure.

We never sell your information, never show ads, and never use your work or feedback in public without your permission.

Who handles it for us

A few service providers each run one part of AI Learning Platform, and use your information only for that:

• Clerk: signing in.
• Neon: our database.
• Railway and Vercel: hosting the service and the website.
• Anthropic: writing the AI tutor's replies and explanations of mistakes. Under its terms for business customers, Anthropic does not train its models on this information.
• Sentry: error reports, with personal details removed.
• Cloudflare: our domain name and email forwarding.

Your information is stored in the United States.

Cookies

We use only the cookies that keep you signed in. We use no advertising or analytics cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep pilot information until 12 months after the pilot ends, and then delete it.

If you ask us to delete your information sooner, we delete it within 30 days, including your sign-in account. Your progress is deleted with it.

Your choices

• Pause or leave the pilot in your account settings at any time, and rejoin later.
• Turn reminders and follow-up requests on or off in your account settings.
• Email privacy@kamblo.com to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.

Keeping it safe

All connections are encrypted. Only our team can open student records, and only to run the pilot. Invitation links are stored in a form that cannot be turned back into the link.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we update the date at the top, and we tell participants about important changes before they apply.
